COVID-19 and our commitment to safety
We're dedicated to keeping our clients and staff safe at all times, and have adapted our services to continue helping our clients in the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Our clients and staff will be required to practice 6-feet social distancing. When social distancing cannot be maintained, wearing a mask will be required. These requirements are in accordance with the Washington State face mask requirement, effective as of 6/26/20, as well as the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries COVID-19 guidelines.
Clients meeting with staff can choose to bring a facemask from home, or a disposable mask will be provided. For clients who cannot safely wear a facemask, a face shield will be provided as an alternative.
Cleaning and sanitizing procedures will be followed to ensure the health and safety of all clients and staff. Hand sanitizer, soap, and disinfecting wipes are available for all staff and visitors, and plexiglass shields have been installed at the front desk.
Services Update:
Advocates will be available for video appointments via Zoom and in person by appointment only, on the following days and times:
Please call our Help Line at 360.754.6300 to inquire about shelter space available, as space is variable to change.
