Legal Services
Our SafePlace Legal advocates provide support for survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault through advocacy, safety planning, protection order support, and related court support. Our program is advocacy-based. We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice.
Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Protective Orders
SafePlace Legal Advocates can assist clients with filing Thurston County Domestic Violence Protection Orders and Sexual Assault Protection Orders. To find out more about filing a Protective Order, please call our business office at (360) 786-8754 to be connected to a legal advocate. Due to call volumes, you will need to leave a voicemail. Advocates will only return your call if you indicate in your message that your phone number is safe to contact.
