In February of 2025, members of SafePlace’s Peer Empowerment Group, employees of SafePlace, and others participated in the Clothesline Project. This ongoing project serves as a cathartic means for survivors to tell their stories of abuse and assault. The Clothesline Project is also a powerful witness and testimony of the continuing evils of intimate partner violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.
